5-1 Victory Over Barrington
In a resounding victory, the New Trier JV team brought home the first State Championship to the club for the '09-'10 season. Woody Steinken and Jason Weber each lit the lamp twice, while Gunnar Solberg added the night cap, to lead the team to a 5-1 victory over Barrington. Austin Rendell had two assists, and a solid performance from senior goal tender, Zack Adams, was just too much for the squad from Barrington.
Congratulations to the JV squad, the players and the coaches, on a great season and a well deserved State Championship!!!!
