Frequently Asked Questions

What if I will miss some of the Conditioning Clinics?

Participation in the conditioning clinics is not required to tryout for New Trier Hockey Club regular season teams. It is meant to be an opportunity for players to get into shape and back on the ice prior to the actual tryouts. We understand this is the end of summer and players may have other obligations. If you are registered, please notify Hockey Director, Adam Cheris, or one of the NTHC coaches of any absences.

What jerseys should I wear for Clinics?

All players should bring a light and dark jersey to clinics. Returning regular season and spring season players may wear their spring or practice NT jerseys. We understand some players may be coming from other programs. Any light or dark jersey is acceptable (no gray or yellow).

How are conditioning groups assigned?

Players will be assigned groups by the NTHC coaches based on age and ability.
